Pregnancy and Childbirth is a unique and special time in a woman's life. These classes are so much more than simply doing exercises, they are about connecting with your body, your baby and your mind. Group Yoga Class:-
Prenatal yoga group classes are available on Wednesday evenings 6.00 - 7.15pm
Saturday mornings 10.00 - 11.15am.

Active Birth and Yoga classes for couples in small groups are conducted 4 times a year. Please contact Valerie for dates of the next couples class.
Preparation for birth classes for couples conducted privately in your own home are also available by appointment.
Pregnancy Birth and Beyond Course:-
This class is an antenatal education class for couples covering changes in pregnancy, preparation for labour and birth, breastfeeding and parenting skills. Valerie has been a prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher for 20 years and brings with this her expertise in midwifery and childbirth education. Valerie combines the physical with the inner emotional by integrating body, breath, movement, and meditative awareness. At YOGA 4 PREGNANCY BIRTH AND BEYOND, Valerie uses her extensive training and in-depth understanding of the pregnant female body and psyche to teach and cultivate awareness of one’s own practice and life process.
